Bemetara (Chhattisgarh), July 13, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on attack on his convoy, BJP MLA Guru Khushwant Saheb on July 12 informed that something hit his car, like a stone while returning from Nawagarh. “We went there to participate in a meeting about the expansion of our social program for the Satnami community, which our Satnam Sena organises. As we were returning from Nawagarh, something hit the car, like a stone near the village, which I don't know what it was... We stopped 50-100 meters away. Then, we saw glass pieces, fine ones caught in cloth. When touched, blood spilt and got all over the hand, causing pain... Since we were likely travelling at 60-70 km/h, the glass was only cracked rather than completely broken. However, the shattered fragments indicate a strong impact. Had we been hit harder or been moving faster, the damage could have been more severe...,” said Guru Khushwant Saheb.
