00:00We just landed in Antarctica and we're going to survive the next 50 hours here.
00:03We're literally at the bottom of the globe at the coldest place on earth.
00:07Can't wait to freeze to death.
00:08And there goes the plane.
00:10Alright, see you later.
00:12And now that that plane has left hoist, there's no way out for the next 50 hours.
00:16We're stuck.
00:17First, we need to trek towards that mountain to get some protection from the wind.
00:20This is the most beautiful place I've ever seen.
00:22Shut up, Nolan.
00:24There's already a blizzard in coming.
00:26Just our luck.
00:27The wind is so bad already.
00:28This is so bad.
00:30Holy crap.
00:31What are the odds that a blizzard would happen right when we get here?
00:34It's cold.
00:35Jimmy.
00:36Bro, this is insane.
00:38Let's go.
00:39We'll set up shelter at the bottom of that mountain.
00:41Woo.
00:42I will start.
00:43Antarctica.
00:45Antarctica.
00:46Antarctica.
00:48I declare this camp feast.
00:52It's negative 30 degrees.
00:54And if we're going to survive another 49 hours.
00:56I got it.
00:57I got it.
00:57My tent about flew away.
00:58We need a shelter ASAP.
01:00The tutorial said to go at an angle.
01:03Oh, I don't know.
01:04Like, we've got it all wrong.
01:05How is it so low to the ground?
01:07It's in my sleeve.
01:08They're like little children.
01:10We're screwed.
01:11Whoa.
01:11They're actually making progress.
01:13Look at us.
01:13We're the best.
01:14Beach camp is thriving.
01:15A common problem in Antarctica is extreme weather blowing away your tent.
01:24We've got to cut snow blocks to secure the tent from wind.
01:27So we're going to use these ice blocks to build a wall and keep our camp safe.
01:30We've only dropped 20 degrees since we got here.
01:33We need to build the wall faster.
01:37Hold on.
01:37Holy cow.
01:39Dude, this is by far the hardest thing we've ever done.
01:42Space camp is now finished.
01:44Now that the ice wall is finished, hopefully the wind won't blow away our tents.
01:47The hard part about Antarctica is the sun never goes down.
01:50So you don't know when it's night or not.
01:51My tummy tells me.
01:53What time does your tummy say this?
01:54Dinner.
01:55Welcome home, honey.
01:56Whoa, it's ready for you.
01:58And for dinner, we have MREs.
02:01Woo!
02:02Jimmy, this is awful.
02:03Welcome to Antarctica.
02:05In case you're wondering how you eat food in the most remote place on the planet,
02:08first, you boil water, then you pour the boiling hot water.
02:11You're going to be careful in here.
02:12And then in 10 minutes, you have food, and that's how you eat in Antarctica.
02:16You don't know how good that tastes.
02:18I'm so ready to sleep.
02:19In my tent is Nolan and Dream, and Carl, who's in yours?
02:22It's me, Chandler, South Aventure.
02:24You're going to bed, right?
02:26Yeah.
02:26I am so tired.
02:27I'm sick.
02:28Antarctica, not a good place to get sick in.
02:30Jimmy has no idea we're digging a tunnel.
02:32Oh my God.
02:33Let's go.
02:34It's just so crazy how he's so far down.
02:38Jimmy, I don't think I'm going to make it 50 hours.
02:40The wind is picking up, so we're going to have a hard time sleeping.
02:43All right, guys, well, bro fist, out.
02:45The sun literally never goes down in Antarctica, so night one was rough.
02:49It's the next morning.
02:50I don't know if I'm supposed to get out of bed or not, because the sun's just always up.
02:54Morning one, this is miserable.
02:56Bro, Antarctica is not a fun place.
02:58I'm sick, man.
02:59I woke up coughing up blood.
03:01Before you can leave your tent in Antarctica, you need long pants, a long sleeve shirt,
03:04a second pair of pants, a third pair of pants, a jacket, a jacket for your jacket,
03:09a ski mask, whatever this is, gloves, gloves for your gloves, gloves, and goggles so your
03:14eyeballs don't freeze.
03:15And despite having all this on, I can still get frostbite.
03:18Going into day two, there were two very important things we needed to take care of.
03:22Number one, in Antarctica, you would think you could just pee in the snow, but you can't.
03:27So we have to pee in these bottles and hold on to it until the end of the video.
03:30It's negative 20 degrees.
03:31Let's see if I can pee.
03:32Hey, I got it.
03:33He did it.
03:34I got it.
03:35Nice.
03:35That took like five minutes.
03:37And number two.
03:38A lot of the boys have to poop, so we're going away from camp to set up a poop tent.
03:41I gotta poop.
03:42The worst part about Antarctica is that giant blizzards would randomly sweep through,
03:46and they would cause your skin to literally start freezing.
03:48No.
03:50No.
03:50No.
03:51Get back.
03:53Back.
03:54Back.
03:54Hold it down.
03:56Stay down.
03:57Oh, it worked.
03:59This bucket is my toilet, and that's the bathroom.
04:02I'm going to come out a better man.
04:04Nolan, how is it?
04:06That was the worst experience of my life.
04:08See that mountain right there?
04:09Yes.
04:10It currently does not have a name, and everyone knows that if you climb a mountain, you get
04:15a name in.
04:16Who wants to join me?
04:17I'll just grab my stuff out of the tent really quick.
04:19Okay.
04:20I lost something in my tent.
04:21The weather's kind of bad.
04:22Come on.
04:23I just have to...
04:24Hey!
04:25You're climbing the mountain with me.
04:26Just because I'm the last one here?
04:28I need someone to be hooked up to in case I fall.
04:30Well, I'm glad it's not windy.
04:31Seriously, since that mountain isn't named, if we climb it, we literally get to name it
04:36whatever we want.
04:37Bye, guys!
04:37Bye!
04:38Bye!
04:39Now, Operation Hole.
04:41Come on.
04:44For the past 20-something hours, we've been digging this hole.
04:48By the time Jimmy's back, this is going to be massive!
04:51Massive!
04:52Massive!
04:53Massive!
04:54We're not even at the mountain, and we faced our first obstacle.
04:57It's a sea of ice.
04:58Look at this view.
05:00Antarctica's crazy.
05:02It's beautiful.
05:04Just be very careful, Jimmy.
05:06Oh, this is very slippery.
05:07Very careful.
05:10Less than 10 people on earth who have ever stepped here.
05:13That's the mountain we're going to be climbing.
05:15Anyway, let's climb before we die.
05:17Onward!
05:18Oh, my gosh!
05:20Oh, don't slip.
05:21Oh, this is wild.
05:22I'm so terrified.
05:23There's a drop to my right.
05:25If I fall backwards, I roll for 2,000 feet.
05:30Jimmy!
05:31What?
05:32We're 30 hours in.
05:33Oh, yes!
05:34This is a huge cliff.
05:36No joking.
05:37If we fall down there, we die.
05:39Yes, 100%.
05:40Carl's still digging the woods so deep.
05:43Bro, how am I going to get out?
05:47Jimmy!
05:48I'm right here.
05:49Just keep stepping.
05:51Woo!
05:52Woo!
05:53Yes!
05:53I'm alive!
05:54I'm going to take a pee break.
05:55Spell I cup.
05:57I see you pee.
05:57I hate you.
05:59Hey, Jimmy.
06:00Hey, just don't mix up the water bottles.
06:03Oh, yeah.
06:03See those tiny little specks over there?
06:05That's our base camp.
06:06I wonder what the boys are up to.
06:08Here comes the airplane.
06:10Hi!
06:12Yummy.
06:12Yum!
06:13The hole provides, and now we must provide for the hole.
06:16While Jimmy's climbing the mountain, we could have built up more walls to fortify our camp.
06:19We could have cleaned up their tents.
06:21We could have cooked the meals for them to get home to.
06:23But instead, we dug this hole.
06:24This is the best use of our time possible.
06:26Stop filming me and film that view over there.
06:28It feels like we're on a different planet.
06:30You can't convince me this is Earth.
06:32And while we climb this mountain, I want to tell you guys about Shopify.
06:35A platform that makes starting a business incredibly easy.
06:37Shopify helped me turn my YouTube channel into a business, and they can do it for whatever
06:41you're passionate about.
06:42Like climbing mountains.
06:44Woo!
06:44If you've ever bought my merch or feastables, you've used it.
06:47Let's see.
06:47How do I do this?
06:49And I'm forever grateful for them, because I've been using them since we had 3 million
06:52subscribers.
06:53Shopify literally powers businesses.
06:55Oh, God.
06:56Um, give me a second, Shopify.
06:57Woo!
06:58We're climbing.
06:58Shopify powers businesses in 175 countries.
07:01Starting a business can be scary.
07:03Kind of like climbing this mountain.
07:05Yeah.
07:05But entrepreneurship allows you to wake up every single day and do what you love, so the
07:08risk is worth it.
07:09We're almost to the top.
07:10I can see it.
07:12This is the most terrifying experience of my life.
07:13This is actually terrifying.
07:14We're so high right now.
07:16Can you build an elevator next time, Jimmy?
07:19Right here.
07:21Ah!
07:22You got it?
07:22I made it!
07:24I made it!
07:25It only took four and a half hours!
07:28We did it!
07:30We did it!
07:32Okay.
07:32Nolan!
07:33Yeah!
07:35Woo!
07:35We made it and we didn't die!
07:37We climbed the mountain!
07:38Oh!
07:40Woo!
07:41We did it!
07:42And now that we climbed the mountain, we get to name it.
07:44I think we should name it Shopify, because to be honest, I couldn't have done it without
07:47Shopify.
07:48We just conquered Shopify.
07:50Go to shopify.com slash behindbeast to watch my exclusive interview with Shopify.
07:54This is now Shopify Mountain.
07:55Carl, can you hear me?
07:56Yes, I can hear you.
07:57Over.
07:58We climbed the mountain.
07:59Can you see us on top of the mountain?
08:02One second, we have to get outside of the hole.
08:03Wait, what hole?
08:05No, I said the whole tent.
08:06The entire tent.
08:07Uh, okay.
08:08They literally look like three little ants up there.
08:11Our base camp is over 10 miles away.
08:12If that lens can see us, that's crazy.
08:14You know the best part about climbing a mountain?
08:16What?
08:16You have to climb down.
08:17No.
08:18No.
08:20Also, you can't leave things behind, so I gotta take this flag down.
08:22I carried it up all the way for that.
08:26What do you think you're doing at camp right now?
08:28Not something intelligent.
08:30Best snow day ever!
08:32These sleeping bags are complicated.
08:35What is this?
08:36Dude, I gotta get a minute.
08:39Okay, guys.
08:40It's four in the morning, and Jimmy's finally arriving back after climbing the mountain.
08:44This might have been the hardest thing I've ever done.
08:45The hardest, but most rewarding thing.
08:47He has no idea we dug this hole, so we're gonna get in and surprise him.
08:51Home, sweet home.
08:53Ah!
08:54I need a massage.
08:55Ow, Jimmy.
08:57I'm not a bed.
08:57Where is everybody?
08:59Dream!
08:59Dream!
09:00Oh, my God!
09:01How long were you going for?
09:02Something's not normal.
09:03I don't hear Carl going,
09:04Carl!
09:05Carl!
09:06They're probably asleep because it's 4 a.m.
09:08Carl!
09:09Wait, what is everyone at?
09:10He's over there.
09:11He doesn't know.
09:12What is down here?
09:13Oh, my God!
09:15Whoa!
09:15Wait, how deep is that hole?
09:17It's like 8 feet deep.
09:18I'm confused.
09:19What's so confusing?
09:20It's just a hole.
09:21Yeah, but why?
09:22You're just trying to, you know, make use of your time.
09:24I'm too tired to understand this.
09:26Get in the hole!
09:28Yeah!
09:29Wow!
09:31Ho!
09:31Ho!
09:31Ho!
09:32How?
09:32Ho!
09:32Ho!
09:33How did they do this?
09:34Ho!
09:34Ho!
09:35Ho!
09:35Ho!
09:35Ho!
09:36I want to get in the hole.
09:37This is actually a convenient hole.
09:38Can you grab my iPad?
09:39Yeah.
09:40Do you know what's on this iPad?
09:41Penguin videos.
09:43No.
09:43Our next two Mr. Beast videos.
09:45Oh!
09:46I'll let you guys choose.
09:47Do you guys want to watch Blind Man C's for the first time?
09:49Or I ate the world's largest burger?
09:51Blind Man C's for the first time.
09:51I want to see the Blind Man.
09:52Okay.
09:53There you go.
09:53There's a little iPad.
09:53Tell me what you think.
09:58Is that crazy?
09:59Yeah, what?
09:59That was so cool.
10:01Oh my God.
10:02It is cold here.
10:03It's so cold that the screen on the camera just went black.
10:06This is actually freezing outside.
10:08I don't want to be here anymore.
10:09I'm going to head to bed.
10:10This is the camera tent.
10:11We're saying good night.
10:12Good night, everybody.
10:12Climbing a mountain really took it out of me, and we got back at four in the morning.
10:16It was nearly impossible to get out of bed on day three.
10:19Jim, we have to pack up before the plane leaves.
10:22Otherwise, we're stuck here.
10:24Look, if we miss this flight, Jimmy, we're here for like another day.
10:26I'll put pants on in a minute.
10:28Jimmy, get up.
10:29Or is this your first survival video?
10:31Yes.
10:31They haven't got out of the tent, Marie.
10:33We are going to miss the flight.
10:35Actually, let me rephrase that.
10:36They're going to miss the flight.
10:37I'm still making it.
10:38We're making the flight.
10:39It is extremely important to preserve the untouched beauty of Antarctica.
10:42We can't leave a single trace of our camp behind.
10:45So I made sure the boys packed up everything and put it back to the way it was.
10:48Leave nothing behind on three.
10:49Three.
10:50Leave nothing behind.
10:51But they were as exhausted as I was.
10:53So things didn't get done quickly.
10:55I've got absolutely zero energy left.
10:57All right, now put that in it.
10:59Put it on this side.
11:03Whoa.
11:04There she is.
11:04Out in the open.
11:05No, no, no, no.
11:06Stop.
11:07No.
11:07Stop.
11:08Salute.
11:09A sad day for all Antarcticans.
11:11Hold.
11:12All right.
11:12Get the filling, boys.
11:14Three.
11:15Two.
11:15Goodbye, hold.
11:16Goodbye, hold.
11:17There's a hole in my heart instead.
11:19And boom.
11:23We can now head home.
11:24Yes.
11:25Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.
11:28If we maintain this pace, we'll get to the ice strip right before the plane lands.
11:32Plane.
11:32Plane.
11:33Plane.
11:34Plane.
11:35Plane.
11:36Hey, Antarctica, chat.
11:38Antarctica.
11:39Antarctica.
11:40Antarctica.
11:40Right over here is the runway.
11:43Yeah.
11:43All right, I see the plane.
11:45Plane.
11:45Plane.
11:48I'm proud of all of you for surviving.
11:51Yes, yeah.
11:53We're going home.
11:54Did we survive?
11:55We did it.
11:56Massive shout out to ALE and EOS.
11:58They made this trip possible.
11:59I hope you guys are good.
12:00We're going home.
12:02Home, home, home, home.
