00:00The United Nations Human Rights Office says close to 800 people have been killed seeking aid in Gaza,
00:06where Israeli forces have repeatedly fired on Palestinians at food distribution points.
00:13We've raised concerns about atrocity crimes having been committed and the risk of further atrocity crimes being committed.
00:20Where people are lining up for essential supplies, such as food and medicine, and where they are being attacked,
00:31where, again, as my colleagues have said, they have a choice between being shot or being fed, this is unacceptable and it's continuing.
00:38The UN office says most of the killings happened near aid points, set out by the U.S. and Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,
00:46which bypasses a UN-led aid system.
00:50The Foundation disputes the accusation that killings happened near its sites.
00:55But the UN says the U.S. and Israeli plan is, quote,
00:58inherently unsafe and violates rules of humanitarian impartiality.
