00:00Right. So when President Trump says he's not happy with President Putin and used a couple of strong words, as he tends to do at the moment, when he's unhappy about things, I mean, do you see this as being a mere mood swing by President Trump? Or do you see this as part of a broader strategy?
00:17It's a little of both, I guess I would say. There's definitely a mood swing because he has tried. President Trump has really bent over backwards to give opportunities to Putin, to give offers to Putin, enticements that would get him to agree to a ceasefire. And Putin has rejected him on every occasion. And I think that has soured Trump's mood. He's very frustrated with Putin right now.
00:42In addition to that, I think Trump knows he's choosing those words, those salacious words you highlight carefully, in the sense that he wants to demonstrate his displeasure to see whether that can also motivate Putin.
00:56But the reality, as I see it, is that Putin only responds to force, only responds to tough actions. And that's what Trump is going to have to do to get any attention from Putin at all.
