In a shocking incident from RS Damani School in Shahapur, Thane (Maharashtra), the female principal and a female school attendant were arrested on Wednesday for allegedly stripping around 10 girl students to check if they were menstruating after blood stains were found in the washroom.
According to Thane Rural Police, the arrests were made after angry parents protested against the school’s actions. In total, eight people have been booked, including four teachers and two trustees.
