00:00I told you yesterday, talking season has begun in college football, Big 12 media weeks.

00:06I'll probably save you a couple of these for tomorrow.

00:08Let's at least start our football talking season with Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark.

00:13Of course, we love Brett.

00:15Last year, only one team was in the college football playoff from the Big 12.

00:19He's hoping that that number gets extended, and he's also hoping that they move to 16 teams

00:24and there's no other automatic bids besides one for these conferences.

00:27I fully expect the Big 12 to earn multiple college football playoff bids this year

00:33and to show once again that we can compete with anyone.

00:40Speaking of the CFP, we continue to believe the 5-11 model proposed by the Big 12

00:47and the ACC is the right playoff format for college football.

00:53We want to earn it on the field.

00:55We do not need a professional model because we are not the NFL.

01:07There is nothing in sports like college football, and we must protect what makes it special
