A stunned husband couldn't believe his eyes during a couple's painting session, when he turned around his wife's portrait of him and discovered the words, "I'm pregnant." Alvin Chikaeze, 29, from Dallas, Texas, and wife Kassi, 29, had been trying for a baby for a number of months – so after receiving a positive result, she knew she had to act fast to break the news. Kassi has always loved DIY and crafts projects, so when she heard Alvin was having a tough day at work, she suggested a therapeutic evening painting each other's portraits and relaxing. On February 21, with her camera rolling, Kassi recorded the couple as they got to work, before Alvin was first to show Kassi his portrait of her. Then, as he was ready to set eyes on his wife's work, Alvin said he knew the portrait would be better than the one he produced – but he had no idea what was about to happen. As he turned the canvas around, Alvin smiled with happiness but did not read the message as he pointed at the portrait. Then, Alvin took a look at the message Kassi had painted on the bottom – "I'm pregnant" – and could do nothing more than freeze and cover his mouth in shock. Kassi could be heard laughing, stunned that her husband hadn’t noticed the message or positive pregnancy test in front of him.
