05:36What does a horse eat?
05:37Only vegetarian food.
05:38Whereas what does a cheetah eat?
05:39Non-vegetarian food.
05:41That means this thing directly proves that those who eat vegetarian food have more stamina.
05:46Now a question must be coming in your mind but why is it so?
05:49There are two simple reasons behind this.
05:50I will try to tell you all these reasons with the help of science.
05:53The first reason is dehydration.
05:56That means your non-vegetarian food consumes more water from your body.
06:01Due to which you feel tired and your stamina automatically decreases.
06:06And the second reason is energy efficiency.
06:08Look, there is a small thing in vegetarian food which we call carbohydrate.
06:14Carbohydrates contain more glucose and this glucose is what provides you energy in the long term.
06:19This means that if you eat vegetarian food, then your stamina will be more and your energy will remain in your body for a long time.
