00:04Zayn al-Abidin, too weak to crawl

00:08His body chained, his soul so free

00:13From Sayyid Hussain to eternity

00:16They burned the tents, they struck with hay

00:22But Sajid bore the heaviest weight

00:28Sayyid's cry, yet he stood tall

00:33In Sajid Tura, above it all

00:40Ya Sajjad, Ya Zayn al-Abidin

00:45Ya Nuhal Ayn, Sayyid al-Sajidin

00:51Alayka salam, fi kull zamam

00:56Zayn al-Abidin, fi ardi Karbala

01:02They dragged him bare through markets loud

01:07But he carried light wrapped in a shroud

01:10With every stair, with every chain

01:12He whispered names of Allah again

01:15Imam of patience like mountain stone

01:18Survivor left to weep alone

01:21Yet in that fire his heart was drawn

01:24To rise like thikri before the dawn

01:26Ya Sajjad, Ya Zayn al-Abidin

01:30Ya Nuhal Ayn, Sayyid al-Sajidin

01:36Alayka salam, fi kulli zaman

01:41Zayn al-Abidin, fi ardi Karbala

01:47Maulana says, through sujood

01:53He reached ascension, a light from the ashes

01:56He taught the adab of grief

02:01The treasure of tears, the secret of worship

02:04He came back home, but peace was far

02:09The wounds still wept, like Karbala star

02:15Yet in his hand, a shining flame

02:20The siphon and vengeance, but Allah's name

02:27Each dua, a stairway high

02:32Each tear a call, to the Lord Most High

02:38Ya Rabbi, Anta Salam

02:44He whispered love, in every name

02:49Ya Zayn al-Abidin, Ya Qudba al-Sajidin

02:55Al-Safat al-Samaa, Dua'a wa nur wa yatim

03:01Al-Mal-Yaqin, Sabr al-Mubin

03:06Sayyiduna Sajjad, Mahbub al-Din

03:12From chains to guide, from wounds to cure

03:18His light dwell through, the world Anjur

03:24Sufi hearts, take from his sea

03:29His abab walks, in Uliya free

03:35He never cursed, but raised Dua'a for those who hurt him

03:41In Yazid's Qasri

03:47He turned to sujood, he turned to throne

03:52Ya Zayn al-Abidin, Ya Qudba al-Sajidin

03:58Al-Sajidin, Ya Qudba al-Sajidin

04:03Al-Sajidin, Assayifat al-Samaa, Dua'a wa nur wa yatim

04:08Ilm al-Yakin, Sabr al-Mubin

04:14Sayyiduna Sajjad, Mahbub al-Din
