00:00A voice like thunder breaks the skies, a rainbow glows an emerald light

00:13The elders fall, the four beasts cry, holy, holy day and night

00:20Around the throne the lightning storms, the seven flames forever burn

00:27But still I stand with shaken hands, I'm not God, I cannot judge

00:35How long, oh Lord, how long, most high, we bled beneath the faithless sky

00:43We wore the robes, we bore the pain, will justice rise in heaven's name?

00:57He took the scroll with wounded hands, no one else in all the land

01:04The lamb was slain, the seals undone, and war and famine had begun

01:11Each soul that died beneath the blade, cried from beneath the altar flame

01:18Give us rest, avenge our blood, we died in truth, now come in flood

01:26How long, oh Lord, how long, most high, we bled beneath the faithless sky

01:35We wore the robes, we bore the pain, will justice rise in heaven's name?

01:48I saw the fire, I heard the sword, but I won't speak what's yours, oh Lord

01:55I am not God, I cannot wait, the price of wrath, oh who shall pay

02:02But still I cry with saints of old, with bloodied robes and hearts made bold

02:09Let truth roll down like heaven's flood, let love be crowned with the righteous blood

02:18How long, oh Lord, the trumpets sound, the heavens quake

02:27The thrones come down, the martyrs rise, the scroll is read

02:33The living judge, the silent dead

02:36And on the sea of glass I fall
