00:00Alright y'all, we've got some garlic breadsticks. We're just going to lay them in our baking dish.
00:06This is a 9 by 11 New York real garlic, okay?
00:12Then we're going to take some meatballs, preferably Italian style, but they only had home style.
00:19So I'm just going to use what they had. Just a small layer like that.
00:25It smells delicious already. It hasn't been cooked.
00:27If there's any cracks in between the bread, just put them in there.
00:32Next, I'm going to use a half a box of cooked penne pasta, okay?
00:38Oh wow, look at that.
00:39Yeah, it's freshly made.
00:41It's going to be delicious.
00:42I know, I'm excited.
00:44Alright, we're going to take some pasta sauce. I'm using the meat flavored kind.
00:49But you can use whatever kind of pasta sauce you'd like.
00:53Because it's already got the meatballs, so you know that the meat's okay.
00:58Alfredo in the middle. I know this might seem kind of weird to mix them, but it's actually a thing.
01:06It'll let you kind of have a scoop of whatever you want.
01:08Yeah, and when you mix them together, I'm going to leave them kind of separate. You'll see how I do it.
01:12But it's called rosé pasta sauce because it turns this really pretty rose color.
01:18Oh, so this will mix together.
01:19Oh, well, you can, but what I'm going to do is just kind of like scorch the sides like this.
01:27Just to kind of blend it a little bit.

01:31Get it going, and then we'll take some of that from up there.
01:34And when this bakes, it'll kind of, it'll change a little bit as it bakes.
01:40Yep. I'm going to put, actually, I'm not going to add that. I should add onions.
01:44If you want onions, add them before you do the sauce, okay?

01:47Now we're going to do some seasoning. This is garlic.
01:50Mmm.
01:51Just a little bit. Oregano.
01:54Mm-hmm.
01:55Basically all your Italian seasoning.
01:57I love oregano.
01:58And then a little bit of basil.

02:01Oh, it smells so good.

02:04These spices are just.
02:05And for the best part, some mozzarella cheese.

02:10I use my hand to evenly distribute.

02:13So this will be baked in, and that cheese will start to melt over it.

02:41It's really not that much prep work.

02:48And then for the last step, just to garnish, I take a little bit of green onion.

02:52And my trick is I just cut it.
02:54I cut it with scissors because I think it's so much faster than cutting.

03:03And you just can put however many you want on there like that.
03:09Ooh, it's smelling good.
03:10It smells amazing.
03:11This comfort food, I mean, this kind of thing, when it comes out of the oven, like, you know dinner's ready because the whole house starts to smell like it.

03:19And it's so easy because it feeds the whole family.
03:21And you might have leftovers depending on how hungry this one is.
03:25Now, that's probably quite heavy, huh?

03:26This will be quite heavy.
03:27So, be careful when you're popping it in the oven.
03:30My oven has been preheating at 400.
03:32And I'm just going to put this in there for about 15 to 20 minutes.
03:36Just check on it.
03:37You'll see the cheese sizzling.

03:41It's all going to be golden brown kind of in it.

03:43It's going to be so yummy.
