00:00The crisis that is not solved, I have decided it cannot be associated by religion or nation.
00:18Brazil rejected the attack because it doesn't justify anything.
00:29So we cannot be indifferent from the attacks of Israel on Gaza and the discriminated massacre of all civilians.
00:41So the solution would be the establishment of a Palestinian state sovereign on the borders.
00:57So the Brazilian government denounced the violations and the regional integrity as it has happened with the conflict in Ukraine.
01:07So we are just urging for a definite ceasefire in Ukraine with the Russian and Ukraine conflict.
01:25So there are serious crises in other parts of the world and so the international community must take action.
01:37So the international community, the Brazil just supports the functioning of the United Nations for stopping this.
01:53So, ladies and gentlemen, the ruling, the work of the United Nations in the latest decade has been a failure because they are being used in chemical and all kinds of weapons.
02:15So the functioning of the United Nations at the Timorlilist, it demonstrates that it's possible to promote peace.
02:31But the African Union, but the African Union just consolidates the protagonists of solving conflicts in that continent.
02:43So if international organizations do not work out on this, so the BRICS must contribute to their functioning.
02:57So it is a force to promote peace and so we can just launch and govern with peace.
03:11So it is needed to transform the security to transform into a more representative and democratic entity.
03:24And so Latin America, Africa and the global south must work on it.
03:31And so we must guarantee the functioning of the world.
03:40So that is the spirit of to reform the global governance.
03:48And so this process will become into a more stable world every time we've got every time we don't do nothing to stop the crisis.
04:07It is a lost day.
04:09Well, thank you very much.
04:18Right now, I want to give the floor to Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.
04:31Narendra Modi.
04:36You're listening to the statements of the Brazilian President Luis Inácio da Silva
04:39on the Plenarization, Peace and Security and Global Governance Reform.
