00:00Namaskar, my tweet happened in a wrong state of mind under dures and stress and further

00:07now it is getting manipulated and misinterpreted to suit the interests of people who want to

00:13gain from any controversy. Having come under pressure mentally from the violence inflicted

00:20on those who do not know Marathi, I ended up overreacting. I realize I must take back

00:26my overreactions and withdraw. Truth is, even after living for 30 years in Mumbai, the level of

00:34proficiency and fluency that a native Marathi born can have, we will not be able to achieve.

00:43And for avoiding any embarrassments or confusions, one has been using Marathi language only in

00:54less than formal situations with a casual atmosphere only before people very closely known to us.

01:02This has not happened to me in the use of seven other Indian languages that I could learn over

01:07period of time. And for the simple reason that when there is an atmosphere of fear that keeps

01:13on returning back time to time again and again, it creates natural hesitation.

01:18that what if I end up speaking a single word or phrase out of context or inappropriately and

01:27some people will choose to blow it out of proportions to purposefully interpret as an insult being

01:33inflicted upon Marathi.

01:36In such a situation, in such a situation, I, if overreacted in that tweet, I clearly understand

01:48that what a contradiction I have been myself. Always, always, always, always, not once, not twice, but

01:55always, one has been having a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Raj Thakre for the strong

02:02issues he raises, for the strength with which he stands up, for issues concerning all of us.

02:08Whether it was the Hanuman Chalisa campaign in recent memories or always, the championing of

02:14Hindutva and Rashtrava that he has done, he's always been a hero. But this time, when our own

02:21have been loggerheads with each other, my mind went haywire in stress. While I've been a fan, an ardent

02:29follower who has regularly positively tweeted about him. With this kind of a situation where our own are

02:37hurting our own, I erred completely in my emotional overreactions. I therefore urge, the same way that I've

02:47realized my mistake, and I wish to correct it unequivocally. The concerned people may also hopefully

02:54consider someday soon, that instead of frightening people, if you provide us encouragement, it will help us

03:02overcome our hesitations in achieving fluency in Marathi language more rapidly, as we will be fearlessly using

03:12it more and more. Of course, the tweet that I made out of haste, out of the stress, conveyed things in a way that

03:21can be interpreted in many ways. But if you look at my past tweeting, the way I've been appreciative of

03:27Raj Thakere Ji, I'm hopeful he will realize that when they give themselves their own

03:33wisdom, then there are four directions. And if I'm confident that I will be able to

03:40encourage you to give yourself the best of your life, that I will be able to improve your life

03:43and to improve your life and to improve your life, that we will be able to create a better

03:49life and to improve your life. So I will be able to help you.
