00:00What happens if your heart's mitral valve leaks?
00:03Blood can flow backward, causing shortness of breath and fatigue.
00:07But this issue can be fixed with a tiny clip that supports the valve.
00:11To install it, a tube called a catheter is guided through your blood vessels into your heart's right atrium.
00:18Then, a small hole is made in the heart's wall to reach the left atrium.
00:23Through this opening, the clip is carefully steered into the center of the mitral valve.
00:28The clip grabs the two flaps of this valve and pulls them together.
