00:12The shooting occurred around 11 p.m. when a dark vehicle drove past a group gathered
00:17on the sidewalk and someone inside opened fire, according to the Chicago Police Department.
00:22The victims, 13 women and 5 men, were between 21 and 32 years old.
00:30Among the dead were two men and two women.
00:32Authorities said three of the wounded remained in critical condition as of Thursday.
