00:00Josh, how difficult was winning this meeting tonight for Sheffield?
00:06Yeah, we got there in the end, mate. It was quite close throughout and they used their tactical and it paid dividends for them when they done that.
00:12But yeah, we got there in the end. I think we got 10 points up, so it was a good result.
00:16How much was Jack Holder missed tonight?
00:19I don't actually know how many we scored from his rides, to be honest.
00:22I know I got a win. I think Chris did as well. But other than that, I'm sure that regardless of what points were scored,
00:30just what he brings to the team is you can't really replace, you know, so we done well to win without him.
00:37Do you think Sheffield are back to the best?
00:39Yeah, we're on the way up, mate. There's obviously always room for improvement.
00:43We'll keep battling away and continue to try and find, you know, them little bits.
00:48Toby rode really well tonight and, you know, he'd done me all three times, but yeah, it's just the way it goes sometimes.
00:55We win and lose as a team, but we've still got our unbeaten record here in the league and we look to continue to do that.
01:01I think after that result tonight, we go back to the top of the league and we've got a matching hand on Ipswich, so we're in a good position.
01:08Obviously, it was young William Kearns' first Premiership meeting. How do you think he did?
01:13Very well, very well. Bright future, as everyone's talking about, you know, but quite level-headed kid and, you know, he's got good people around him.
01:20He's got good equipment under him and he's got a good attitude to go with it, you know, so he started off his first ever race in the Premiership with a win.
01:29I know he'd done that last night, the championship in Poole as well. So, yeah, he fit right in here tonight.
01:34Now, Heat 12 was probably the most exciting of the evening. You were in third place pretty early in that after the visitors had pretty much surged out from the tapes.
01:48How did you manage to get back into that?
01:51No, I just waited and bided me time, you know, and just made the right decision at the right time and, you know, backed me equipment and we got there in the end.
01:58But today didn't really start off smooth sailing. Before I come here, I noticed a crack in me frame and, you know, my mechanic Zaney brought one over with him and we fitted that in and called the meeting with the help from a few other people.
02:12And, yeah, so we had, we had everything going on at the start of the meeting, but we still kept the level led and put ourselves in a very good situation later on.
02:21And were you impressed with the Heat 14 performance of Louis and Justin?
02:27Yeah, 5'1", eh? So, um, that's, that's needed, you know, like them boys, they're two very great quality riders, you know, and I know Sedge isn't doing anywhere near what he's capable of doing.
02:40Um, and I know he's trying his best to, you know, to cover for that, but, um, it's just one of them things sometimes.
02:46Sometimes points come easy, other times you've got to battle on for them.
02:49Tonight I felt like I was battling on pretty hard, but I was, I was dealing with a bit of a clutch issue and I sort of sorted that for 815.
02:56But then, um, yeah, I, I made the wrong decision another way.
03:00So, um, great result for the team and, you know, another win.
