Four London Road in Horndean, has recently undergone a refurbishment.

00:00Hello, I'm Vicente Martinisi and the area manager for 4 London Road.
00:04Okay, so tell me a little bit about the refurbishment and how it's all going.
00:08Well, we're supposed to be reopen tomorrow and we will do a little bit later on the schedule.
00:13But at 2 o'clock we are ready for you guys.
00:16We have been open from 2017, so we took the opportunity now to uplift the restaurant
00:23and bring new dishes, new atmosphere and new vibe.
00:27So, we wait to see you here soon.
00:29So, tell me what you think the reaction will be like from your customers and from NewTrade as well.
00:35Well, it's been amazing the feedback we're having for the customers.
00:39We're keeping people posted and interested to see our refurbishment
00:44and most of our customers and our community have been supporting us very well through the years
00:49and they will do for the coming future.
00:51So, tell me, is there anything new, a new menu or anything new to the restaurant?
00:56Well, new dishes are coming to the equation.
00:59We are very well known to have a very good selection of gluten-free menus, dairy-free and vegan options.
01:05But also, we uplift our main menu and bring a couple of homemade products.
01:10It'll be part of my favourite because I'm Italian.
01:13So, we have a ranchini that are homemade.
01:15We have chicken and a parmigiana.
01:18We have pepperoni doubles.
01:20We have pizzas and a lot of tapas to be sharing and enjoying with us.
01:25So, tell me what sets you aside from other venues?
01:29Well, we are very community-orientated.
01:32We are very local producer-focused.
01:36Some other businesses are too.
01:38It's a small community in Hordin.
01:40We do tapas and a little bit of a fusion as Mediterranean, a little bit of Spanish and Mexican.
01:47So, it's a fusion of flavours.
01:48It's not just a tapas restaurant.
01:50But also, we're introducing a little bit of the Italian cuisine at the current moment.
01:55And they are very well known to produce fantastic, unique cocktails in the area.
