00:00I just want to ask you, Ali, and bring you back into the conversation quickly.
00:02I mean, as Riyadh continues to change, I mean, I'm assuming it's changed enormously, hasn't it, since you first went there?
00:10Of course. So without question, I mean, for newcomers to Riyadh, you know, one of the first things you notice is that the city is quite spread out.
00:18We, you know, depending on where we've spent our lives, we sort of look for the city centres or hubs that Riyadh is unique in that it's quite spread out.
00:26Right. And the skyline, you know, when we talk skyline, we often think towers.
00:32Earlier, you mentioned that, you know, the iconic Kingdom Tower, which everyone knows as a centrepiece of the Riyadh skyline.
00:39But that's now joined by a number of buildings, you know, particularly with the establishment of King Abdullah Financial District, which we have to acknowledge a few short years ago did not exist.
00:49Right. Now, it's home to PIF and a number of large institutions and really turning into a thriving professional and cultural hub.
00:57But if, you know, if I must pick any particular area that I would like to spend most of my time, you know,
01:05Dariya, I think, is by far one of the most beautiful places to visit.
01:10And similarly, you know, like King Abdullah Financial District and like many other things, a few short years ago, we did not see the development that we do now.
01:21It's completely changed the landscape.
01:23You know, Dariya, King Abdullah Financial District, amongst many others, I mean, it's completely changed the overall urban landscape of Riyadh.
01:30You know, Dariya, King Abdullah.
