00:00Hello sir, how are you?
00:02Good to see you.
00:03Good to see you.
00:04Congratulations.
00:05I appreciate it.
00:06So, I heard your knees took a beating with all the action, that's what your creator told
00:10me.
00:11Well, I would say that to him just so that he would, you know, lighten up a little
00:15bit.
00:16He said you insisted on doing the stunt work.
00:18I know, I won't stop doing it.
00:20I'm a sucker for it.
00:21It's fun.
00:22I grew up loving those kind of movies and those kind of TV shows and, I mean, I was,
00:26you know, I was a fan of the A-team and, and, and, and, the A-team you said.
00:31Oh, yeah.
00:32You know, I love, I love the, you know, the diehards and love the, you know, the Indiana
00:36Joneses and, and the lethal weapons and, and so any opportunity I can to, I get to kind
00:43of play in that world and, and, and kind of honor.
00:46Shoot guns.
00:47Yeah, yeah.
00:48Chase bad guys.
00:49Have fun with the guns?
00:51Is it weird?
00:52Um, you know, I've, I've had, I'm comfortable, I've had enough training, like, like real world
00:59training with them to be, to be respectful, uh, safe and, and, uh, able to handle it, uh,
01:06you know, properly.
01:07But, uh, yeah, I know, I know he gets nervous.
01:09Some people get really nervous around him.
01:10I don't, I don't really get that nervous about him.
01:12What's it like going face?
01:13I get nervous with other people.
01:15Depending on who, right.
01:17Um, what's like going face to face with Eric Dane?
01:20I mean, he's a, he's a, a titan when, when the cameras are rolling.
01:24Um, I did find myself sometimes becoming a wallflower and forgetting that I had lines
01:28because I was just watching his performance and, um, he is, uh, yeah, the, the, the strength
01:34and the stillness that he, that he brings to this character, um, it, it kind of took me
01:39back at first.
01:40I was like, oh, what, what, what, what is this?
01:42What does he, and, um, and no, it was just, it was, it was great.
01:46It was, it was an honor to, to get to work with him, uh, even, an even greater honor to,
01:51to become his friend.
01:52What's it like seeing him face this diagnosis, being public about it, to raise awareness?
01:56Proud, proud as hell of, of how he's handling it with such six, you know, grace, uh, dignity.
02:01Um, you know, I, I, I had no doubt that he was gonna, that he was gonna handle it this
02:07way and, and I, I couldn't, couldn't be more proud of, of, of him.
02:10And, um, you know, he knows, he knows I love him and I, I support him and, and, and anything
02:15he needs, so.
02:16I love that.
02:16Okay.
02:17A little transition.
02:18The boys.
02:19Yes.
02:21So you're doing season five in your head, you get a script, you're like, really?
02:26They're doing that?
02:29Yeah.
02:30Every, every script.
02:31Yeah.
02:32I mean, there's, there's things I'm still talking about now that I had to do that I still
02:35can't believe I had to do.
02:36Yeah.
02:37But that is the boys.
02:38How, is there ever a time where they have to convince you to do something or you're
02:42like, I'm in, whatever you want me to do?
02:45I mean, I kinda, I kinda know what I'm in for when I, when I crack that script.
02:50Um, so I, I'd say if anything, there was just maybe some massaging of, of, of how.
02:55Massaging?
02:55The boy, I see, careful.
02:57See what I did there?
02:58Um, yeah, they, we, you know, we, we, we try to, we try to do the best we can, but,
03:02uh, you know, at the end of the day, Kripke and his crack team of writers, they, uh, they
03:06come up with some really, they're just sick people.
03:08They're just sick people.
03:10And, uh, and I, I, I questioned how I got involved with such sick people.
03:15And, and then I see it on screen and I'm like, ah, it's entertaining.
