A man posing as a U.S. Marshal tried to rob a Cuban immigrant in Houston, TX

00:00surveillance video from the store shows exactly what happened in mid-June. HPD says a man

00:05pretending to be an immigration officer, a U.S. Marshal, approached the business off

00:09South Gessner in Southwest Houston. The employee realized it wasn't an officer when the man was

00:15attacked. The employee's wife was in the store and saw what took place. She ran out with a gun

00:20and started to shoot. The suspect took off. That's when the employee who was being attacked

00:25opened fire as well. The suspect was shot but got away. Officers later found the injured suspect.

00:31The victim told us what happened after he says the man claimed he was an officer.

00:36They told me I'm a cop. I'm the police. Get out on the floor and I say I don't do anything.
