00:00Bradford City's latest signing, Will Swan, has said that he is excited to get going at Bally Parades and play under manager Graeme Alexander.
00:08Swan becomes one of a host of signings to arrive at Bradford City so far this summer as they prepare for their return to League One.
00:17Yeah, I'm delighted, buzzing to have gotten it over the line.
00:22Really just excited, you know, from speaking to everyone.
00:25All the positivity of last season, all the success and there's a lot of ambition around the place.
00:32So, yeah, it just feels good to be here.
00:34When you see what happened last season, how much does that influence your decision?
00:37Does it make it even easier to sign?
00:40Yeah, I think so. Definitely, you know, coming up to League One.
00:44Obviously, I wanted to stay in League One and play at this level.
00:47So, yeah, definitely helped and I think I can help the team at this level as well.
00:51So, you arrived quite late on Friday night. What were you kind of like if you found out about the interest in coming up and getting the move done?
00:58Yeah, as soon as I heard about it, you know, it's hard not to jump at an opportunity to play at a club like this.
01:05It was a long drive up from Crawley but, yeah, glad I've got it done and I'm here now.
01:10And former Bradford City player Benito Carboni, who played for the club in the early 2000s, was recently back at Valley Parade following the release of Bradford City's League One fixtures ahead of the new campaign.
01:24Carboni said he was pleased to be back at Valley Parade.
01:26To be back after a long time in Bradford, in Val Parade, to watch and to see again the football where I play, even if it was an unlucky season, it's amazing.
01:41It's amazing because I have a good memory, a good memory from the fans, what they give to me.
01:50And then, you know, to be back after 25 years is really my pleasure.
01:55And to see that shirt that's next to you there, how does that feel when you see that again?
01:58I've got my house too in the same way, you know, with my number, with my name.
02:03And then you, it's always, you know, when you sign four years' contract with one club, you think to build something important.
02:14You know, you like me, it's always a murky, you think you're right?
