00:00AI governance ethics. Let us dive into this important topic of discussion. Machine and
00:09robo ethics span from the development of ethically responsive autonomous vehicles to the design
00:18of ethical codes for moral autonomous agents. Three laws of robotics commonly known are as
00:27follows. A robot, number one, may not injure a human being. Number two, a robot must obey the
00:34orders given. And number three, a robot must protect its own existence. So first law, this robot
00:42may not, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. Secondly, when obeying orders,
00:50human beings' orders must be followed unless they conflict with the first law. And then thirdly,
00:57when protecting their own existence, they may not conflict with the first and second law.
01:03So these robots are basically programmed by we, the moral, hopefully, agents that are setting
01:13them in motion. And if we be immoral, then God help us to make those necessary corrections
01:19decisions, lest we do harm to ourselves and future generations.
01:23And we do harm to ourselves. And let's be careful if we can find the first law. And it's
01:24the Income of all times, that's exactly what they need to do for the second law in the
01:36world. So now let's say that we can keep in mind we can find the third law in sus. So that's the
01:41best law in the world, we can keep in mind, and then we can keep in mind. So let's see what we
