00:00As Paris endures a persistent heatwave, tourists in the city are finding ways to cope with the
00:12heat. They are using hats, fans and drinking lots of water to ensure they remain hydrated
00:20and are able to cope up with the rising temperature. People stroll under trees and
00:26head towards parks avoiding scorching sunlight utterly. Temperatures in France were expected
00:32to hit a peak on Tuesday according to the local weather agency with the highest extreme
00:38heat warning in place in 16 departments across the country.
00:42It hasn't been too difficult but today is the hottest day. We have portable fans, water
00:50just staying in the shade walking on the sidewalk on the shade and yeah ice cream.
00:57Crystal, a tourist from Canada said that they are drinking a lot of water as it is really hot
01:05but Paris is beautiful. Well we are we find the weather extremely hot so we're drinking a lot of
01:13water and we think the city is beautiful and we're very lucky to be in France and Paris.
01:24Anne, a piano teacher, is visiting for three days. She said that they are going from park to park
01:31and walking in the shade.
01:32We are a tourist to Paris for three days and we are looking for a bit of light.
01:38Today we are doing a tour of the parks. We are passing by the Jardin des Plantes,
01:43we have breakfast in Luxembourg and we are going to Tuileries. We are walking in the shadow
01:47and we are walking on the street and we are walking on the street. But we try not to stay in the sun
01:51because it hits well on the head.
01:55Gonzalo, a 30-year-old Argentinian student visiting Paris, shared that even though it is hot,
