00:00The magic round carries a deeper meaning thanks to the important partnership between NRLW and
00:13Breast Cancer Trials. Breast Cancer Trials is an outstanding organisation based right here in
00:19Newcastle. For over 45 years they've been leading vital clinical research into the prevention,
00:24treatment and cure of breast cancer. Their vision, No More Lives Cut Short, is one that
00:31deeply resonates with me and so many others in our community. Breast Cancer has touched
00:36both Grace and I. I lost my auntie and Grace lost her gran to this disease and I know first
00:42hand the heartbreak that comes with watching someone you love back to heart. It's a pain
00:47that too many families know. That's why I feel so strongly about supporting the work Breast
00:52Cancer Trials is doing. Their research isn't just about survival, it's about improving
00:58quality of life, finding better treatments and ensuring every person diagnosed has more hope,
01:04more options and more time. I want to take a moment to thank the Minister for her generous
01:09funding and support of this campaign. With your help we are raising vital awareness and
01:14bringing clinical trials into the conversation. Helping women understand their options, ask questions
01:22and more importantly, feel empowered to their treatment journey.
