00:00Number of images found by a pair of plane mirrors

00:03अगर दो plane mirror हैं किसी angle पर inclined है और उनके बीच में रखा है कोई object तो उसकी कितनी total images form होगी

00:09तो उसके लिए हमें समझना होगा एक चीज़ को

00:11चलिए इस diagram की help से उसको समझते हैं

00:13पहले object की location का पता होना जरूरी है

00:17जैसे अगर angle bisector पर object यहां रखा हुआ है

00:20इस case में इसको बोला जाएगा object is placed symmetrically

00:23on the other hand अगर हम यहां देखें यह object अगर एक mirror के ज़्यादा पास है इस तरफ

00:28या उस तरफ मतलब वो angle bisector पर नहीं है तो उसको बोला जाएगा

00:31object is placed asymmetrically

00:34तो ऐसे ही case में number of images दोनों cases में number of images अलग-अलग होंगी

00:38तो कितनी होंगी तो चलिए बात करते हैं number of steps के according

00:41जैसे पहला step होगा आपका सबसे पहले आप find करने वाले हैं

00:46360 by theta की value

00:48theta इसमें angle between the mirrors है इसको आप मान लेते हैं अभी x

00:53x की value matter करती है number of images में

00:57for example if that x is an even number वो एक even number है तो ऐसे case में जो number of images होंगी

01:07that would be number of images will be clearly x-1

01:12x की जो भी value होगी उसमें से minus 1 करेंगी तो number of images आ जाती हैं

01:17दूसरी तरफ अगर x की value कोई odd number है तो आपको सोचना पड़ेगा और ये देखना पड़ेगा कि

01:25object की जो position है वो कैसी है

01:27symmetrically place किया हुआ है या asymmetrically उसको placing मिली है

01:33अगर वो है asymmetrically तो ऐसे case में number of images clear हो जाता है

01:39that would be x जितना भी x आएगा वो ही है number of images

01:42लेकिन अगर वो place किया हुआ है symmetrically तो ऐसे case में number of images हो जाती है

01:47मैं फिर से x minus 1 तो चलिए इस चीज को एक example की help से थोड़ा सा clear करते हैं

01:56मैंने अभी एक example लिया की example number 1 इसको ओपर shift कर लेते हैं

02:14और मैंने बोला कि object यहां पर place है symmetrically place किया हुआ है यहां पर

02:19तो इसके कितनी number of images form होने वाली हैं

02:22तो सबसे पहले मैं find करूँगा 360 by theta that would be 360 divided by 60

02:29तो यह आ जाता है 6

02:316 एक even number है तो ऐसे case में number of images जो हमने देखा था वो होगा

02:37n equals to x minus 1 that would be 6 minus 1 number of images are 5

02:44एक दूसरा example जो हम odd के लिए एक बार consider कर लेते हैं

02:49तो कोई भी दूसरा case जिसमें theta की value आपको दी हुई है

02:5672 degree तो फिर से वो ही चीज की आप सबसे पहले find करेंगे

03:01360 by theta this time theta is 72

03:05divide करते हैं तो यह आ जाता है 5

03:09तो 5 इस बार एक odd number है

03:11तो ऐसे case में आपको object की position दी होगी की object कहां पर place है

03:16सोचिए अगर इसी question में odd आता है अगर यह x की value और उसने बोला हुआ है object is placed symmetrically

03:24तो ऐसे case में number of images होंगी 5 minus 1 that is 4

03:29और अगर इसी case में object रखा होगा asymmetrically

03:32तो ऐसे case में number of images हो जाएंगी n equals to x means n equals to 5

03:39लेकिन एक और case है

03:42वो case यह है कि अगर x की value आ जाती है एक decimal number

03:47for example मैं यहाँ पर इसको example number 3 में consider करूँगा

03:52if 360 by theta that is considered as x is a decimal number

04:01decimal value आ जाती है

04:05तो आप कैसे decide करेंगे odd और even का जो चक्कर है उसको कैसे clear करेंगे

04:10तो ऐसे कि इसमें आपको कुछ नहीं करना है इसमें बस एक छोटी सी चीज आपको ध्यान लखनी है

04:14कि अगर x की value आती है say for example 4.3 या फिर 4.7 तो ऐसे केस में

04:24इसमें clearly number of images हो जाती है यह integer number आप यहां से pick कर लेंगे

04:30just leave that decimal value जो decimal के बाद रखी हुई है उसको आप छोड़ दें

04:34इंटिजर जो होगा integral part is your answer तो ऐसे केस में number of images हो जाती है
