00:00Hello, my name is Anthony Khoury and I'm the General Manager for Joby Aviation in the UAE.
00:20Today marks a major milestone for the aviation industry and for Dubai Aerial Taxi project.
00:25We were flying in inhabited, piloted eVTOL in the skies of Dubai.
00:30This is a first not only for Joby but for the world of aviation.
00:35It's the first time that an eVTOL is flown internationally, completely transitioned, piloted and inhabited.
00:43It's electrical, vertical takeoff and landing.
00:46It flies at around 320 km per hour.
00:49It has a range of 160 km and it has a payload of 450 kg, which means four passengers and a pilot.
00:58We're very excited for the partnership that we have with the Dubai government, the RTA, the GCA and expect commercial operations in 2026.
01:07There are two decimal positions in India for the average 500 km to 80 at 400 km.
