00:24Sa huling official event, the outgoing Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia

00:30isinagawa ang oath-taking ceremony ng incoming provincial board members

00:35at ni Vice Governor Glenn Soko.

00:37Binigyang pagkilala din ni Garcia ang mga government agencies

00:41gaya ng DSWD, DTI, DOH at marami pang iba

00:45na naging kagapay ng Cebu province sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa para sa mga Cebuano.

00:59that have been instrumental in the success of so many programs

01:06and have been the wind beneath my wings in catapulting Cebu

01:16to the number one premier status, the premier province of the country today.

01:24Kabilang sa binigyang pagkilala ng Cebu province,

01:27ang Benteng Bigas Merona RISE Program ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

01:33na unang inilunsad sa lalawigan ng Cebu

01:35at patuloy na nagbibigay ng abot kayang bigas sa ating mga kababayan.

01:40We really want to thank Governor Gwendolin Garcia

01:44for helping the Department of Agriculture,

01:48the National Food Authority, and the Food Terminal, Inc.

01:51to be able to roll out the 20 peso rice program,

01:54Benteng Bigas Merona,

01:56the program of our dear president,

01:59President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr.

02:02So, masaya kami na we're actually very happy

02:06na it was rolled out successfully here in Cebu

02:10to begin with, and now it's snowballing to other areas,

02:14namely Bacolod, Siquijor,

02:17and we will be soon rolling out also in Bacolod, Cavite.

02:21Tiniyak naman ang Food Terminal, Inc.

02:24na patuloy ang pagtutulungan nila

02:25ng Department of Agriculture at ng National Food Authority

02:28para sa dekalidad na NFA rice na ibibenta

02:32kahit na sa mga manalayong lugar sa bansa.

02:35Because it has been the program of our president

02:38and the Secretary of Agriculture, Kiko Laurel,

02:41has really been making us assure the people

02:44that what they are getting are the best quality.

02:47So these are the rice and hard work of all our local farmers.

02:51The 20 peso rice program are all,

02:54we could proudly say all, purely from our local farmers.

03:00So we've been making sure that they are of the best quality.

03:03Like in Bacolod, it was just milked.

03:05Before it was distributed, it was milked the day before.

03:08So the people are very happy,

03:10and we hope to really continue in maintaining that quality

03:13to be able to be given to all the people.
