00:26communique, a rare occurrence at such high-level multilateral gatherings. Sources said the omission

00:34of India's security concerns undermine the spirit of cooperation the SCO promotes. This marks a sharp

00:39diplomatic signal from India, emphasizing that terrorism must be condemned unequivocally and
