00:00Some are framing that 12-day war, as it's been dubbed, as a victory for Israel, a forced surrender for Iran.
00:08Does that sound right to you or is that a bit too simplistic?
00:11Well, I do think that's the headline.
00:13Clearly, the tables have turned on the Iranians after many, many years in which they were basically calling the shots in terms of the use of violence in the Middle East.
00:22And for now, anyway, those days are behind us.
00:24So the real question is, with this change in the balance of power in the Middle East, what are we going to do?
00:28To consolidate it and make sure everyone who's a partner of ours benefits.
00:33Are you confident the ceasefire is going to hold?
00:36Yes, I do think. I mean, there's always the possibility of something unexpected happening.
00:41But I think both sides, frankly, have an interest in this.
00:43These Iranians clearly can barely tolerate any further exchanges.
00:48And it will be even more humiliating for the regime.
00:52And I think the attack on Al-Adaich demonstrated a desire to call it quits.
00:56And for the Israelis, they can claim now that they've reached their objective, despite conflicting reports of at least setting back the Iranian nuclear program.
01:05And I think it would be hard to explain the Israeli people's continued sacrifices in light of that information.
