00:00President Trump still appears keen to bring Iran to the table to negotiate a deal.
00:06But however, he's also considering the possibility of direct U.S. involvement in Israel's campaign.
00:13From your perspective, Tara, does Iran still have some level of trust in American and Western diplomacies to see this happen?
00:23I don't think the Iranian regime, nor by the way, the Iranian people have any trust in, quite frankly, any foreign country, let alone Western powers to be.
00:36And this is based on history. If you look at Iran's history of just the last hundred years, you can see why.
00:42With regards to diplomacy, Iranian regime is at its weakest. They're desperate.
00:46So if they want to stay in power in some shape or form, they better come to the negotiating table.

01:00He is pretty much doing what they did during the Iran-Iraq war.
01:05There were many opportunities for Iran to come to the negotiating table, stop the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians again.
01:13But they did it. They dragged it out, out of this hubris and arrogance that the Islamic regime is based on.
01:21But they're desperate if they want to stay in power. What Donald Trump does is we have yet to see.
01:28The talks are still scheduled to happen in Geneva tomorrow.
01:33And reports are coming, CBS is reporting that potentially over the weekend there are going to be talks between the Iranian foreign,
01:42not directly, but indirect talks of some sort between the American and the Iranian and, you know, Steve Woodcock involved.
01:48So these talks are still going on, all the while Israel has threatened to, you know, eliminate the Supreme Leader,
