03:53From the initial level, they were having the good grasping power. For a teacher, it is required to have a good student. How are my children are the best student?
04:22So never, never I missed that I should go out, I should do job, that type of thinking not came to my mind. When they were 10th standard, again I thought, means maybe they could handle, again I joined.
04:33Just I used to provide them more questions to practice, more books to practice. Even his father is having the habit from the initial purchase books.
04:43All the children are having the ability. I think somewhere parents are not able to identify their talent.
04:49A teacher is spending few hours with your child, but the parents are in touch with them from the birth of the child.
04:54So they should know what is the talent the children are having and in which field they are exiled. That is the missing of the parents, not children. Every child is having the ability. Every child is having some hidden talent.
05:06I am really thankful to God, thankful to their mother who put a best effort for them. They are also very hard work.
05:36I think all kids, they have some special talent. But as parents, we need to see where they are having more interest. They should take care from very childhood so that as they grow, they will become more strong in that field or that area.
05:51Or our education system is like that. Go for mainly rote learning. Once their concept is good, they can handle or they can solve any problem.
05:59We were very sure what school is teaching and what is the syllabus and to just whether they are going in right direction or not.
06:05For that, I used to ask them to write all Olympiad exams, SAF, since class 2 onwards. So they are excelling in each class at all levels.
