00:09Here's what I would, here's how I would describe it.

00:12I think that Israel has accomplished most of its goals.

00:18And that is good for much of the world, that Iran not become a nuclear nation.

00:26So the world wins in that this program may be truncated and or slowed down significantly.

00:37But I think that Iran, of course, has suffered huge damage, but they are still intact as a theocracy.

00:51And so I'm not sure how the world is going to measure that.
