00:00D.C., Rapido, in fact media people and ladies and gentlemen, today I stand here with immense
00:09pleasure and enthusiasm that right now two I would say transformative initiatives taking
00:20place in the urban mobility. One that last and first mile connectivity which has always
00:27been a major issue with DMRC and other metros as well and the second is digital and seamless
00:37ticketing. So both are in fact we are moving in a direction where these are being made more
00:48easy for our commuters and hence in fact in DMRC we consider ourselves, our team considers
00:57itself very fortunate to be in this place because we are able to serve the people and to serve
01:05the commuters is the I would say man serving mankind is a service to God. It is like that.
01:13This is what we believe and that motivates our people to give more better service to the passengers.
01:21And here I would thank Rapido and ONDC both. Rapido in fact we started, ONDC we started in
01:29November 24 but real impetus has come in the current few months because many people have
01:35onboarded ONDC now and now it has become very convenient. Like I would say the urban mobility,
01:42not only urban mobility other sectors are also there but I am talking about urban mobility.
01:47So urban mobility has been interwoven into the digital fabric of daily life which people use.
01:54So if people are conversant with some app, the same app they can use to in fact book a ride
02:04or the last mile activities courtesy of ONDC.
