00:00Hello and welcome. I'm so glad you've decided to join me today. If you're new to meditation or
00:06simply searching for a moment of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, you're in the
00:11right place. This is a space for you to unwind, to reconnect, and to rediscover the peace that
00:17resides within. Today, I'm inviting you to join me for a gentle three-minute journey, a brief but
00:23powerful pause in your day, a guided meditation to awaken your inner light, that spark of joy
00:29and wisdom that exists within each and every one of us and reconnect with your true self. It's a
00:35chance to remember who you are, beyond the roles and responsibilities you carry. Let's begin by
00:41finding a comfortable position. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels best for you. There's no right
00:47or wrong way to meditate, so simply choose the posture that allows you to relax most fully. Allow
00:53your eyes to gently close and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and out through your
00:58mouth. Feel your body begin to soften with each exhale. Let's do that again. Inhale deeply,
01:05filling your lungs, and exhale, letting go of any tension. Release any tightness in your shoulders,
01:12your jaw, your forehead. Now bring your attention to the center of your chest. Imagine a warm, gentle
01:19light glowing softly within you. See it as a tiny spark, a pilot light of your own inner radiance.
01:25With each breath, see this light grow a little brighter, a little warmer. Allow it to expand
01:30gently, naturally, without force. Let it fill you with a sense of calm and peace, a deep sense of
01:36serenity that washes over you, soothing and comforting. As you breathe, silently repeat these
01:42affirmations to yourself. Let these words resonate within your heart. I am present, right here, right now.
01:49I am safe. I am protected. I am connected to my inner wisdom. I trust my intuition. Feel these words
01:57settle in like seeds taking root. Nurturing your soul from the inside out. If your mind wanders,
02:03that's perfectly fine. Just notice it and gently guide your focus back to your breath and to that
02:08comforting light within. There's no need to judge yourself. Simply acknowledge the thought and let it
02:13pass. With every inhale, imagine drawing in clarity and understanding. With every exhale, release any
02:20doubts or worries. Let them float away like clouds in the sky. Now let your inner light expand beyond
02:26your chest, filling your whole body. Feel it radiating outwards, warming you from the inside.
02:33Let it flow to your arms, your legs, the tips of your fingers and toes. Every cell in your body is now
02:38bathed in this gentle, loving light. Picture yourself surrounded by this peaceful glow,
02:44safe and at home in your own presence. You are exactly where you need to be. Take one more deep
02:50breath in, feeling energized and refreshed. As you exhale, bring your awareness back to the room around
02:56you. Notice the sounds, the smells, the sensations in your body. When you're ready, gently open your eyes.
03:04Take your time and ease back into the present moment. Remember, this inner light is always with
03:11you. Even as you move through your day, you can return to this feeling just by closing your eyes
03:16and taking a few mindful breaths. It's a resource you can access anytime, anywhere. Thank you for
