Rise Spirituality

Spirituality is known as Adhyatma in Sanskrit. It is a combination of the words Adhi and Atman (Atmanaha). Adhi refers to the topic, and Atma refers to the Soul. The Soul is the God force that resides within each of us and is our actual character. Absolute Truth (Sat), Absolute Consciousness (Chit), and Bliss are its characteristic (Anand). The Soul is unaffected by the ups and downs (happiness and sadness) of life since it is eternally joyful. Thus, spirituality is concerned with understanding the nature of the Soul and reconnecting to identifying with the Soul and experiencing it as one's actual nature.

While there are various meditation practice that aim to develop spiritual awareness, they all require an honest and authentic attitude toward how we see ourselves, and the world. Our aim is to relax, comfort, energize your mind & soul with peace and calming music.
