‘My switch and my dog’: is there anything you can’t travel without?

Packing can be a nightmare, some of us overpack, some of us forget the essentials, and some of us can’t travel without taking certain things. We’re asking people around Newport if there’s anything they can’t travel without.

00:00Phone charger, wouldn't go anywhere like that. Phone, and probably my Switch, and my dog, and that's about it.

00:12Sometimes I get a bit of motion sickness, so if I'm concentrating on a game or whatever, it helps take my mind off it.

00:19Yeah, I like playing Animal Crossing, if I'm travelling long distance, or a bit of Mario class.

00:25My running shoes, I run a lot, so I always take my shoes with me, so you can go eventually elsewhere,

00:32and rather than where you're staying, you get to go see more places.

00:36Not anything specific, but I know for a fact that if I go in for a week, I could probably last three weeks with the amount of clothes I take.

00:43I've got no idea, and I've got no concept on how to do a really good pack.

00:48I just shove everything in, and too many pairs of shoes, and you never know, it might rain, so you've got to put, you know,

00:54even if you're going somewhere where it's 30 degrees, you literally have to pack for all occasions.
