01:04The ceasefire between Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran entered into force,
01:24minus earlier several Iranian missiles hit different areas of occupied Palestine.
01:29The cessation of facilities began at 7.30 a.m. Tehran time and 7 a.m. Tel Aviv time.
01:35Previously, Iran launched missiles against several Israeli cities including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Beersheba.
01:41In the latter, the impact of a large caliber missile left at least 11 dead and 22 wounded.
01:46Although rescue efforts continued, the death toll could increase.
01:48The city of Beersheba hosts a technology park where high-tech projects are developed and the intelligence and command headquarters of the Zionist army is located.
01:57Beersheba is also a training center for soldiers who are later integrated into the country's technology industry.
02:01The Secretariat of Iran's Supreme National Security Council confirmed this Tuesday the entry into force of the ceasefire and rated it as a defeat for Israel.
02:21Through a statement they reported, in the face of the aggression of the Zionist regime, the brave and martyr sons of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran managed to successfully attack the military bases of the U.S. Zionist regime in the occupied territories.
02:37The statement also assured that based on clear assessments of the situation and having demonstrated the capability of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran,
02:44without any fear, we reiterate that if the enemy again commits any aggression, it will face an immediate, decisive and forceful response that would make it regretted.
02:56An Iranian authorities denied reports of missile launches into occupied territories after the entry into force of the ceasefire.
03:08The Saharanist regime's army claimed that missiles had been launched from Iran into the occupied Palestinian territories on Tuesday morning.
03:14Following this statement, Israeli residents were ordered to head for bomb shelters.
03:18In this context, Israeli military minister Israel Katz ordered intensive strikes in the heart of Tehran in response to what he claims to be truce violations by Iran.
03:35And during his TV program Con Maduro Mas, the Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro reiterated his call to international leaders to hold a peace summit against war.
03:45The Venezuelan president referred having delivered letters to Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Xi Jinping,
03:50U.S. President Donald Trump and other dozens of world leaders and heads of states with the aim of holding a summit led by a coordination of international mechanisms such as the Arab League and the BRICS nations.
04:01The Venezuelan proposal seeks in this way to restore the discussion over the importance of respect to international law in hopes of avoiding the risk of nuclear war that threatens the region and the world
04:13and is driven by the colonial aspirations of the Zionist state of Israel.
04:20This call for a cessation of hostilities must constitute the first step towards a comprehensive political solution built on dialogue, legality and respect among states.
04:36The proposal for a summit for peace and against war responds to the urgency of facing the growing danger of a conflict that could drag humanity into the abyss of a nuclear war.
04:47In this regard, President Nicolás Maduro reaffirmed Venezuela's commitment to achieve world peace based on the principles of the United Nations.
04:54Venezuela reaffirms its conviction that only an inclusive approach based on respect for international law and sovereign equality among nations can guarantee true peace in West Asia.
05:10The peoples of the world expect us to stop the war and to achieve a lasting peace based on the principles of the United Nations organization.
05:25We have an impossible duty to achieve responsible collective action in favor of human existence in all corners of the planet.
05:32Confident that this call will be heard and will contribute humbly from Venezuela.
05:40I am confident that this call will be heard and will contribute to forge a firm international consensus to stop war, contain the nuclear threat and build an architecture of peace based on justice.
05:55I renew the assurances of my highest consideration and respect, Nicolás Maduro Moros from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

06:45Welcome back. In Palestine, at least 19 people were killed and 146 others wounded after Israeli forces opened fire on aid seekers near a U.S. and distribution center in central Gaza.
07:01Local sources confirm that at least 25 aid seekers were killed in an Israeli strike near an aid distribution site close to the Nezarin corridor.
07:09Witnesses reported that the death toll is expected to increase as dozens of others were injured and several bodies have yet to be retrieved from the area.
07:17Israel has regularly attacked starving aid seekers, particularly those waiting for food, near aid distribution sites killing over 450 and injuring more than 3,466 to date.
07:28And in this context, on Tuesday, the head of the United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees, Philip Lazzarini, described as an abomination and a death trap Israel's newly created aid distribution mechanisms for Gaza.
07:43The newly created so-called aid mechanism is an abomination that humiliates and degrades desperate people. It is a death trap costing more lives than it saves. Humanitarian principles need to be reinstated.
08:04In the United States, Columbia University graduate and pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, who was jailed after student protests denouncing the U.S. support to Israel, denounced upon his release the actions of his alma mater.
08:21I am grateful to be standing freely next to you all. I am grateful to my wife Noor, whose support, love and care has kept me upright.
08:32And I am grateful to every single person who stood by me during this time.
08:39I must call the hypocrisy of Columbia University. A university that just two weeks ago said that they want to protect their international students.
08:57While over 100 years later, I haven't received a single call from this university.
09:03British police clashed with activists of the Palestine Action Group on Monday as the government moves to proscribe the group as a terrorist organization.
09:18Hundreds of protesters gathered at London's Trafalgar Square, waving Palestinian flags and holding placards as the group's leaders call for an emergency mobilization in response to the government's plans.
09:28A Palestine Action Protests comes just days after two of its members broke into Royal Air Force Riz Norton and damaged two military planes in a stone condemned by members of parliament.
09:38Home Security Secretary Yvette Cooper announced she has decided to proscribe Palestine Action as a terrorist group and will lay an order before parliament next week to make membership and support for them illegal.
09:51The people united will never be defeated. Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!

12:41Welcome back. The Supreme Court of the United States upheld President Donald Trump's decision to resume deportations of migrants to third countries.
12:55Justices lifted an injunction requiring the government to give the migrants an opportunity to explain the risks they would face in those destinations.
13:14In this regard, the defense warns that they could face torture or even death if they are sent to the countries that are not their own and where they have no support network.
13:26On the other hand, Liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Helena Kagan and Ketanji Brown-Jackson harshly criticized the majority's ruling, accusing the court of rewarding illegality.
13:36It is worth noting that the ruling also represents a new victory for Trump in his agenda of mass deportations.
13:47In Colombia, 57 military personnel who had been kidnapped by civilians used by armed groups in the Department of Cauca were released on Monday.
13:56The four non-commissioned officers and 53 soldiers were released after a rescue operation in which military and police captured more than 20 people in flagrante delicto.
14:05The soldiers were detained over the weekend of inhabitants of two villages in Cauca who live of coca leaf cultivation.
14:14According to the report, about 200 civilians were involved in the abduction who were used as a shield by the armed groups to carry out the kidnapping.
14:21Soldiers were kidnapped while patrolling in the municipality of El Tambo, a strategic region in struggle against drug trafficking.
14:26And in times of climate crisis, the landless workers movement in Brazil shows that agroecology is a key model to save the world from destruction.
14:40A special envoy in southern Brazil has all the story.
14:42The contested settlement is located in the state of Parana, southern Brazil.
14:49The name is a tribute to a popular revolt known as the Contested War when between 1914 and 1918 farmers and native people opposed the interests of multinationals in the territorial dispute.
15:03It is a region that responds, that rebels, that moves, that does not accept injustice.
15:13This settlement is also a reference in agroecology, which respects the environment and humanity in a model of food production free of pesticides and transgenics.
15:23Part of the knowledge applied here came from Venezuela.
15:28Josini was one of the students of the Paulo Freire Latin American School of Agroecology located in Berenas, in the Venezuelan Plains.
15:37We were there on board with the idea, with the idea of Commander Hugo Chávez, of that great fatherland.
15:49Since then we have had the opportunity to get to know this beautiful country that is Venezuela and the opportunity to study agroecology engineering there and bring some of the knowledge we learned there into Brazil and build these proposals that we have here.
16:06While the agribusiness deforests throws poison on the plantation to increase their profits, here they built a cooperative in 2010 to produce healthy food.
16:15At the moment we deliver food for 103 schools in the capital.
16:24We centralize all the products here are natural and come from the families and we divide about 25 tons of food per week.
16:35We understand that we can't do anything alone. Our work in the movement is collective, from the occupation of the land, but also the organization this settlement and it goes through cooperation.
16:49The settlement also houses native plant and vegetable nurseries, a biofactory, the Brazilian headquarters of the Latin American School of Agroecology, and a health post that mixes popular and allopathic medicine.
17:03The forest is a living pharmacy. We need to know, respect and help preserve.
17:12In times of climate crisis, these landless movement farmers show that it is possible to postpone the end of the world with agroecology. The future is ancestral.

17:25In Mexico, with the participation of 6,000 people, the world's largest LGBTQIA plus flag was unfolded in a symbolic act for the human rights of the community.
17:38Despite the reign, members of the community participate in the creation of a monumental flag in the colors of the rainbow, a symbol of pride in sexual and gender diversity, with the goal of creating the largest LGBTQIA plus human flag in the world.
17:54Hundreds of people dressed in colorful t-shirts and practiced a choreography following the instructions of the government of Mexico City.

18:32And the 27th Santo Domingo International Book Fair 2025 will be held in the Dominican Republic with a special focus on children's literature.
18:40The event, considered the most important in the country, will pay tribute to historian Frank Moya Ponce for his contribution to the study of national history and the cultural identity of the Dominican Republic.
18:50The Minister of Culture, Roberto Ángel Salcedo, announced that the fair will be held from September 25th to October 5th at Plaza de la Cultura Juan Pablo Duarte.
19:00This year's event is expected to bring together numerous national and international authors, making it a platform for exploring new literature trends and promoting cultural dialogue.
19:09A total of 119 cultural objects that had been looted in 1897 were officially returned to Nigeria, including Benin bronzes, along with royal plaques and insignia.
19:25These artifacts, most of which were housed in a museum in late then, were stolen by British soldiers at the end of the 19th century.
19:34During the handover ceremony, Nigeria's Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy, Han Natu Musawa, stressed that this return not only represents the return of the objects, but also the restitution of the dignity of the country.
19:49Since 2022, Nigeria has been requesting the return of hundreds of relics, achieving the return of 103 other objects that were in museums in London and the United States.
19:58The return of 119 of these treasures is not just a restitution of items, it is a restitution of our dignity, of our identity, of our values, of our ideals, and the shared humanity that binds us as a people.
20:17That binds us as a people.
