00:00We're now seeing the Oklahoma City slash Los Angeles Dodgers now.
00:03They just win a championship.
00:05Like, yeah, post them at plus 220,
00:07and the next competitor is an 8-1, 9-1 here at that point.
00:10Do we agree, Tom, that the Thunder, fresh off that victory,
00:13healthy, ready into next season, should be priced?
00:15And is this price appropriate for you?
00:18Like, I think the answer is yes all around.
00:21Like, if you told me they opened a 3.5 to 1 or 4 to 1,
00:23I still think that's a reasonable number.
00:25I think it's this low just because the books don't want to have a risk.
00:27Like, they don't want to be carrying this liability.
00:29That far into the season.
00:31The Cavs, you can't convince me on that.
00:33The Knicks, you can't convince me on that.
00:34You missed the boat on the Rockets since they got Durant.
00:36That number's obviously moved.
00:38The two teams I would have interest in at this point if we have these odds,
00:41it's got to come down to the Timberwolves,
00:42and I really think the Lakers are interesting because at a certain point,
00:47LeBron's going to be like, listen, I only got like a year or two more years left.
00:50You got to go and make a move, right?
00:51You got to go and make a move that we can – because think of it.
00:54If they were able to get past the Timberwolves,
00:55granted Steph Curry got hurt with those dominoes played out the exact same way,
01:00but, man, they could have gotten past the second round.
01:01They would have a conference finals appearance versus the Thunder.
01:04Man, they can challenge them next year.
01:05So if the Lakers were to go out and make another move,
01:08I could talk myself into a 14-1 number,
01:10but I do like the Timberwolves at that same price.
