00:00I'm Rachel Howard just some of the issues we've been having on our new build estate I've been in
00:11my home coming up to three and a half years will be four years in May one of the major issues we've
00:16got is the collapsed retaining wall slash bank behind us it first happened anything between six
00:24and 12 months ago a temporary measure was put into place with lots of sandbags and it unfortunately
00:30was just left we haven't in touch with the local council and MP but unfortunately because we are
00:35a privately owned estate although we do still pay council tax nobody's taking responsibility
00:42the temporary measure that was put in place has now fully collapsed so the road is officially closed
00:49that means roughly 12 houses now do not have access my name is reese alexander i live in
00:55crazy heath and this is the situation that we've been dealing with since march this wall actually
01:00broke in march and all the land came down and over the last nine months it's just got progressively
01:04worse and all we really want is just for someone to fix it because you know people want to get to
01:10the houses park on the drives feel safe waking up in the morning knowing that there's not going to be
01:14any sort of land flashing through the house
