Iran Vs Israel Kian Memanas usai AS Ikut Campur, Australia Respons Begini

JAKARTA, KOMPASTV  Perdana Menteri Australia Anthony Albanese mengomentari serangan Amerika terhadap Iran, Senin (23/6/2025).    Anthony Albanese berbicara kepada media lokal di Canberra, dunia telah lama sepakat bahwa Iran tidak boleh dibiarkan memiliki senjata nuklir.    "Dunia telah lama sepakat bahwa Iran tidak boleh dibiarkan memiliki senjata nuklir dan kami mendukung tindakan untuk mencegahnya, itulah tujuannya. Tindakan AS ditujukan pada lokasi-lokasi tertentu yang menjadi pusat program nuklir Iran. Kami tidak menginginkan eskalasi dan perang skala penuh. Kami terus menyerukan dialog dan diplomasi," kata Perdana Menteri Australia Anthony Albanese.    Albanese juga mengaku sangat prihatin dengan meningkatnya ketegangan di Timur Tengah.    "Kami mendesak Iran untuk tidak mengambil tindakan lebih lanjut yang dapat mengganggu stabilitas kawasan," lanjutnya. 00:00We urge Iran not to take any further action that could destabilize the region.

00:21The world has long agreed that Iran cannot be allowed to get a nuclear weapon.

00:28And we support action to prevent that, and that is what this is.

00:32The US action was directed at specific sites central to Iran's nuclear program.

00:38We don't want escalation and a full-scale war.

00:42We continue to call for dialogue and for diplomacy.

00:46As I've said for many days now, we are deeply concerned about any escalation in the region,

00:52and we want to see diplomacy, dialogue, and de-escalation.

00:56We've been upfront about the challenge facing the international community,

01:02that is, dealing with the threat posed by any Iranian nuclear weapons program

01:07and dealing with the risk of regional escalation.

01:12And that's why Australia called upon Iran to come to the table

01:16and abandon any nuclear weapons program.

01:19Iran didn't come to the table just as it has repeatedly failed to comply with its international obligations.

01:29We urge Iran not to take any further action that could destabilize the region.
