00:00We went on a Scottish road trip. First stop Edinburgh, apparently one of UK's most expensive

00:08cities, especially when it comes to accommodation and activities. We however were on a mission to

00:15do it on the cheap and find lots of things to do for free, which we did. We also stayed in

00:21accommodation outside the city centre in West Leuven, which saved us a lot of money. It was

00:28right in between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Then the best bet is to use the park and ride,

00:34so park outside the city centre and ride on a bus inside. We also made the most of the

00:40sightseeing bus, which made sure we knew how much we were spending for the day. And we

00:45did have snacks on board the bus as well that we brought ourselves. Staying in between Edinburgh

00:50and Glasgow meant on the final day we could also pop into Glasgow. Here there's plenty

00:56to do for free, especially in the historic quarter otherwise known as Merchant City.
