00:39sued i think this guy here with the blonde hair is a couple months ago there was this video uploaded

00:45by ethan klein called content nuke hassan piker now this is a video that he gave a very uh clear date

00:52for and a lot of hassan's orbiters were literally doing countdowns until it's released and this is

00:59important for a reason i'll get into in just a second but a lot of people were waiting okay so

01:03why is that says this is on screen avatar so huge while mine is so small red in the h3 snark subreddit

01:11which is a subreddit dedicated to attacking ethan klein and his family they made this mega threat

01:17where basically they show you so if that is a subreddit for attacking somebody why is reddit allowing

01:25it list off these individuals these content creators and have them as a place to watch his video

01:32instead of going i don't get it i don't get it why why is reddit allowing other people who are going to

01:38play it on their channel okay and mixed into all of this as well is this conversation about how

01:45transformative does your commentary need to be the meme about this stuff always involves the empty

01:51chair uh hassan piker has you know his empty chair reactions where he leaves the room and lets videos

01:57continue playing which is something we'll see from at least two of the people being sued by ethan klein

02:03for their reaction to that previous video now to add on to this knowing that these hassan orbiters were

02:09going to be reacting and that they're probably going to have very low in in reddit if you say something

02:17unpopular you'll get uh you'll get suspended every day when you are banned yet they are allowing subreddits

02:26that are meant for uh was created to attack people why why is it allowed and it was in this setting

02:40that i formulated an idea what if i could make a long form irresistible piece of content

02:47that i knew that these streamers couldn't resist they couldn't avoid the temptation of watching it

02:52the second it was published i don't have a issue with them it's not that i wanted these people to steal my

02:59video it's that i knew they would i knew they would watch the entire video add little to no commentary

03:06react to it instantly giving them no time to form an opinion the trap was set and it worked even

03:12better than i imagined it would there's one thing about copyright you should know is that

03:16you gotta register it before you publish to be eligible for statutory damages and attorney's fees

03:23which is the main biting force of a copyright infringement lawsuit well i'm happy to tell you guys

03:37some of you guys out there sweating that is one of the most underhanded and petty things i've ever seen

03:53you line this up for the three individuals down here to get sued you can see the names it's denims it may

04:15i saw a screenshot someone posted a screenshot of it and now they're getting i saw it in one of the videos

04:21that i watched just suing them because they react so the content nook video was criticized the video

04:28or interacted with it really registered faith way he singles these three individuals out because of

04:34their intention they had very clear malice in their intention they were being harmful with their intention

04:43they wanted to cause harm to his channel by offering themselves as a different platform to watch his

04:50video and then they barely reacted to anything they walked out of the room in multiple cases but like

04:56i said the most important thing for why the reason why they did it is because of their intentions because

05:03twitch empowered them they they thought the way they thought they were immune as a place also as content

05:10creators they have no knowledge of what copyright infringement is and what fair use is smug and snarky about

05:21this whole thing that they never fear any consequences they never think anything's going to happen to them

05:26so they gleefully explain their intentions as to what they're doing with their stream and ethan's video

05:34we're relying on you to stay alive so we don't give more views on the nuke yeah i'm gonna i'm gonna

07:06someone we've talked about on this channel a couple of times very controversial individual she was the one

07:10who upped the bounty on mark kern's head over stellar blade drama she has accused uh uh ethan's wife

07:19elah of shooting unarmed children while she served in the idf she also said the cps call made against

07:27ethan's family wasn't a big deal because his kids three and five haven't started to form memories yet

07:34which is crazy and then recently she started a gofundme to try to sue ethan klein and when it

07:40wasn't working out she wasn't getting the funds she needed she shut it down and now here we are and this was

07:46her stellar commentary uh as you can see the empty chair reaction as per usual eating food not really

07:55reacting but of course we know her intentions and this is a very bad look for her after being gone for

08:01a few minutes she returns and then sits silent honestly if if uh if they if these three people

08:09uh knew anything about copyright infringement or what it is then i'm pretty sure they wouldn't do

08:17what they did they wouldn't say what they said uh when i'm back they're done with this clearly they have

08:29no idea what copyright is or what copyright infringement is dude you should do this i have an alternate

08:39of course if you are if you are sued for copyright infringement yeah i'm gonna i'm gonna stream it

08:44that is when you can use the uh you know fair use defense and it's up to the court to decide whether

14:40she used very weasley language that is the reason why i have an ad blocker plaintiff it's because of

14:48youtube's course this time she is the insane amount of ads isn't barred from starting up a gofundme

15:03hundred thousand dollar goal this time she went down and as you can see in the first 24 hours she's raised

15:08just short of seven thousand dollars uh seven percent of her goal uh not two greats uh she's got a very

15:17very long way um well she all she has to do to reach the 100 000 goal is denims is in the more

17:13good it also makes you look guilty because if you're facing this sort of a lawsuit and your

17:19first reaction is to basically burn the logs that's not very uh inspiring it shows that you're nervous and

17:27you have something to hide i think any person looking at it objectively knows this was a very

17:33very bad move now let's move on to the final party here and of course that is caseytron whose first

17:41reaction to this was to argue with an ethan klein parody account this isn't actually ethan klein so

17:48she's in here saying well i'm suing you too i think she took too many bong rips again and she just

17:54doesn't know where she is that's not too surprising but on top of that she would have a meltdown on stream

18:01listen to just a small portion of this and how just seeming she is blast you ethan klein blast you to

18:19who's finding out currently i'd play the rest of the clip but it's just profanity and uh i think
