00:10their domestic economy. The head of state attached importance to harness state-of-the-art
00:15technologies to guarantee not only their development but also their defense. He proposed
00:21to modernize military facilities and referred to using drones and artificial intelligence
00:26and surveillance systems, among others. Likewise, he highlighted Russia's focus on modernizing
00:32state programs and digitalizing information while praising the growth of the nation.
00:45The perception of Russian economy as based on raw materials and dependent on hydrocarbon exports
00:52have clearly become outdated. It is receding into the past. The reality suggests, Russia
00:58takes the fourth place in the world in gross domestic product, and the first place in Europe.

01:37Africa, we are very, very in the best position because we we participate and share with Venezuela.
01:46We we are partners with China. We do work with Russia. And we can see the patterns of like it's
01:54actually the frameworks are very, very similar. So the way we tell the story is not just only on the
02:02infrastructure of of the of the tools, but who is designing the algorithms. We need to start with
02:09the powers we have so that we can tell our story the way that really enhances our own values.
02:17It is not about just getting into into popular. Most of our youth are really, really popular online
02:25with values that do not empower them. So we definitely need to really, really self-reflect.
