Kolkata (West Bengal), June 20, 2025 (ANI): On June 20, 2025, Kolkata High Court ordered an interim stay on West Bengal government’s OBC reservation notification.

00:00Today, Honorable Justice Amrita Sina said, the state government announced a scheme as an interim relief.

00:07They want to give 20,000 and 25,000 respectively in Group C and Group D post employees whose service is terminated by Honorable Apex Court.

00:18They want to give an interim relief, 20,000 and 25,000 as a month, in a month.

00:26So, that is untenable as per us, because of that we are the deprived candidate.

00:33We are deprived since 2016.

00:36So, long nine years we are deprived candidate.

00:39Our service is given to those candidates who submitted blank ownership.

00:45The court order is very specific.

00:47They ought to return back their money, which they collect as a salary.

00:52Now, state government want to give money further, who are tentative candidate.

00:59Honorable court says it is untenable.

01:02So, interim order is there.

01:04It is stayed till 26 September.

01:07In the meanwhile, state government will give every debit.

01:10In reply, we will give every debit.

01:12Within two weeks, thereafter, matter will come.
