The LG vision AI Mobilty Concept can track everything from your heart rate and posture to your gaze and even your mood. It can also tell if you’ve picked up your phone and spits out a driving score. I’m intrigued but also a bit freaked out.

00:00hey guys we're here at the LG booth at CES 2025 and we're looking at a vision mobility concept so

00:12it's using AI and the idea is that when you're driving a lot of us when we're driving today like

00:16we'll get like little pings if we go outside of our lane this goes way way beyond that so imagine

00:22if your cockpit could actually tell you if you were in a good mood if you were actually paying

00:26attention to the road or if you were picking up your phone you could also sense your heart rate

00:30and it'll tell you if you like you're happy or you're neutral based on your facial expressions

00:35all of this is happening in real time as you're driving now it might seem a little bit creepy but

00:40at the end of my driving experience I got a score so imagine like down the road that something this

00:45could be tied into let's say your insurance and like how well you're doing if you signed up for

00:50that or if you opted in so the possibilities are endless in terms of how this could be used but

00:54again this is just a concept while I was driving on the inside of this cockpit when I started I

00:59just like looked at the screen so there's eye detection built in so I could choose which route

01:03I wanted to take based on where I was looking and it gives you a sense of how good the sensors are

01:08working once I started driving it could tell whether or not I had my hands on the steering wheel

01:13or if I pretended to take a phone call I could see in the bottom right hand corner that that was not

01:18a good thing to do so as you can see here like this gives you a real-time view of what's happening with

01:23the Vision AI mobility concept so you have a couple of drivers here you can see the gaze detection there's

01:27even like a 3d skeleton there you have a sense of their heart status which is pretty interesting their

01:35stress level mine was pretty low which I guess is good even though I was doing a good job driving

01:41there's a safety distance built in so there's all sorts of like sensors that are built into this cockpit

01:47to tell you how safe you are as a driver so overall I'm actually pretty impressed with the Vision AI

01:53mobility concept because it senses all sorts of things how well you're doing as a driver and I

01:58think it could take our safety to the next level without being too intrusive ultimately that's up to

02:04you but I like the idea of something that has my back when I'm driving for more CES 2025 videos make
