A woman’s life has been thrown into turmoil after loan sharks (Ah Long) used artificial intelligence (AI) to create fake nude images of her in an attempt to extort more money—despite her having fully repaid the loan with interest.
The victim, a 36-year-old self-employed woman from Selangor known only as Wong, shared her ordeal at a press conference on Thursday (June 19), held with MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong and several other victims of loan shark harassment.
