00:01The all-important Premier League fixtures have been released today, and after an eight-year wait to get back to the Premier League, fans can't wait for the season to get started.
00:09I'll come down to speak to supporters to see who they're looking forward to playing most, and just what it means if you're back in the Premier League.
00:15Okay then, Michael, the fixtures are out. You've had a look. Who are you looking forward to playing most?
00:19Mostly Newcastle, but probably, as I said, just see a lot of my news and all the stars up.
00:25And obviously, in terms of the league, we've won six in a row against Newcastle.
00:29Do you think we'll make it seven?
00:31Yes, without a doubt. It's six points guaranteed.
00:34And how important is it to be back in the Premier League?
00:36Oh, very important. As long as he spends his money, all the money they're getting now, as long as they're spending it on the right players.
00:45And confident what can steal?
00:47Yeah, yeah, definitely this first season.
00:50Okay, so the fixtures are out today. Just how important is it for the club to be back in the Premier League then?
00:54It's amazing. It's brilliant. I've been waiting for eight years for this, so we can't wait.
00:58I think we're going to do better than expected. I think we're going to surprise people. There's a lot of resilience, a lot of hard work in the team.
01:04I'm really impressed by the management at the moment. I think we're going to surprise people. It's going to be good.
01:10And who are you looking forward to playing most?
01:12Obviously, we're looking forward to a derby game. It's always that we've got a good track record and it'd be nice to see some of that coming back, wouldn't it?
01:18But, you know, who doesn't like to see Liverpool playing? Manchester City and all the big teams here and some of them where they belong. It's great.
01:27Okay, then, John, the fixtures are out. What do you make of the start? A chance to get some points on the board?
01:31Yeah, hopefully so, yeah. Obviously, we'll have to buy some new players. But, yeah, it's a reasonable start.
01:38And who are you looking forward to playing most?
01:40Well, obviously, I think it's a Newcastle game. Yeah.
01:50Again, do you think we can survive this season?
01:52It'll be tough, but it depends what you do on the transfer list, yeah.
01:56And how big a thing is it for the club you've batted in the Premier League?
01:59Oh, it's massive, isn't it? Yeah. It's a way to have been there. So, yeah, hopefully it's great, yeah.
02:05Okay, then, Steve. Fixtures are out. We've got West Ham to start with and then Burnley and Brentford.
02:11What do you make of the start?
02:12Brilliant start. A chance to get some points on the board.
02:16I think early does because the hard games will be coming, like, later on, I think.
02:23In December, I've seen the list, the fixtures for December, and they're pretty awesome.
02:31And which game are you looking forward to playing most?
02:32Well, obviously, they're with the Mugs.
02:35Think we can get a win?
02:36It's December the 13th at home. Yeah, I think it's the 21st of March. We'll play them at St Gilles Park.
02:45Think we can get a win?
02:48Well, hopefully at home. I think it'll be tough away, but...
02:53Think we can stay up this year?
02:55Right. The Dolipins, if the owner's going to put his on his pocket, I know he likes to bring kids in and, like, nurture them.
03:03But I think if we bring the right experience in to mix with the young kids what we've got, I think we'll have a good chance.
03:11And I think, hopefully, there'll be three worst teams off than us.
03:15And just how important is it for the club to be back in the Premier League?
03:18Oh, massive. It just gives the whole town, city a massive lift.
03:21OK, then, David and Isabel, fixture out. Who's you looking forward to playing most of them?
03:28Well, clearly, those folks up the road.
03:32But certainly, the sort of big three or four Liverpool, you know, the Man City, the Man United, I think there'll be a fantastic atmosphere there, which we've been missing for a lot of years.
03:50So, I think even if we get a beat, I think it'll just be a fantastic atmosphere for everyone.
03:59And how important is it for the club you've had in the Premier League?
04:01Oh, it's very, very important.
04:03Oh, it's fantastic.
04:03It's important for their existence, I think.
04:07They need to be there financially, as well as for the fans.
04:12So, the most important thing is that they try and stay there.
04:17Can we stay there, do you think, this season?
04:18Oh, I think so. I think they can, yes.
04:20You've got to be cautiously optimistic and, yeah, just hope for the best and prepare for the worst, I suppose.
04:30Okay, then, James, you've seen the fixtures. What do you make at the start of the season?
04:34Yeah, a few opportunities to get a few points on the board, I think, early on.
04:37I think looking at Brentford at home, I think, second home game of the season, I think that'll be a real good chance to get some good points on the board.
04:45And West Ham, as well, I think a few winnable home games to start the season.
04:49And who are you looking forward to playing the most?
04:50Oh, it's got to be Newcastle at home.
04:52Was it 13th December?
04:54Yeah, I'll be there.
04:56The big question is, can we stay in the Premier League?
04:58Of course.
04:59And what does it mean for the club to be back there?
