00:00First of all—
00:01Can you tell me, sir?
00:03Alan Fisher from Al Jazeera English.
00:04Very good.
00:05How do you do?
00:06Fine.
00:08The U.S. intelligence assessment on March 26 was that Iran was not working towards a
00:12nuclear bomb.
00:13What's changed?
00:14The U.S. position seems to be that it was very close.
00:17Well, again, I can't speak to intelligence assessments, what may or may not have changed,
00:24or to the fact that it is President Trump and his team who are seeing things that matter
00:30when it comes to the decision-making.
00:33And I think that that's what's happened here.
00:35Second question is, if the president in his first term was willing to give the Taliban
00:4018 months to come up with a deal, why was there only 60 days given to the Iranians to discuss
00:44something which is much more complicated?
00:46Again, I'm not going to discuss the details of the decisions made by the president.
00:51Andrea?
