00:00It's a huge double-shot weekend of action in Los Angeles, with Worlds Collide and Money in the Bank.

00:18Introducing first, from Montana, California, Meechie!
00:25We're getting the action started here tonight with a little smackdown flavor.
00:31And for the first time in over two years, the hardcore presence of Meechie is felt right here on Main Event.
00:37Tell you what, I saw you in the locker room earlier in the hallway, right around where we're catering and where, you know, the makeup area is.
00:44You gave Meechie a side eye.
00:47She noticed it, and I can't even tell you what she said under her breath.

01:20Well, Vic, I certainly assume a little bit of side eye right there from Candace LeRae, as we go from hardcore to the poison pixie,
01:29who over the last several months has been quite the asset to other superstars, most recently the former tag team champions, D.I.Y.
01:35And not only that, you think about also when she was aligned next to someone like Nia Jax as well.
01:41But, you know, there's a lot going on in the world of Candace LeRae.
01:46And she's also a former speed champion, which you catch on X, courtesy of Corey Graves.
01:52Of course, that was the first singles championship in the WWE for Candace LeRae.
01:58As these two get locked up right now, of course, Meechie in a part of recent Money in the Bank qualifying opportunities.
02:03Vic, Alexa Bliss found her way there.
02:05Does Bliss have the momentum to win tonight?
02:07I think you really look at momentum as it pertains to that Women's Money in the Bank match.
02:13I think all the momentum is in the Dark Angels side.
02:15The NXT standout, Stephanie Vakere, who qualified earlier this week, became a member of the Raw roster over the weekend.
02:23That is where I think the momentum truly lies.
02:25The latest to punch her ticket to Money in the Bank.
02:27The field is rounded out.
02:28And Meechie, who's been right on the cusp of championships over the last several months,
02:33now trying to fight back here against Candace LeRae.
02:35I mean, obviously, I'm close to Candace and her family.
02:39Her attitude may be not the best in recent months, as you pointed out.
02:43But she's starting to step into her own.
02:46As Meechie levels Candace with that kick right there.
02:49Vic, we talk about Meechie being in that U.S. championship picture.
02:53She was in the finals of the U.S. title tournament on the cusp several times.

03:01But Vic, to that point, how close is Meechie into breaking through to the other side?
03:06You know, Meechie is someone who also, in the past, we've seen in some very hard-hitting matches,
03:11she's not afraid to scrap.
03:13I think she is on the verge.
03:15Much like a lot of women in the WWE, a lot of women in NXT as well.
03:20The door is wide open in the women's division.
03:23Talk about some recent relationships and alignments.
03:25Of course, we've seen Meechie alongside B-Fab in recent weeks and maybe some still issues with the Secret Hervis.
03:32I mean, I think there's always going to be issues with that group along with Chelsea Green.

03:45Meechie competed back in 2020 at Worlds Collide against Secret Hervis member Alba Fire.
03:50Another little fun fact about Meechie, she has joined me on commentary for a Worlds Collide event as well.
03:55She can do it all, but right now she's got to navigate her way free of Candice LeRae.
04:00As the tide swings right towards Candice here, and Vic, you talked about her previously aiding Nia Jax,
04:06but ultimately, what dynamic does Candice LeRae bring to DIY?
04:11Well, when it comes to DIY, I mean, look, this is a unit.
04:13This is a family.
04:14This is someone who always works as one, and I think she brings that edge because some would say DIY.

05:09You know, I like to say she's the one with the momentum, right?
05:12But when it comes to the Money in the Bank ladder match, all bets are off.
05:17That's not only for the women, but that's also for the men.
05:20It's going to be a very interesting evening in Los Angeles,
05:23and again, it all starts with Worlds Collide.
05:26And we will certainly take a look at that matchup coming up next here on Main Event,
05:29also involving Liv Morgan and Ivy Nile as Candice LeRae.

06:03which is why we've seen such an even matchup.
06:05And Vic, to that same point, we've talked about it.
06:07It's been a couple of years since we've seen Meech in here on Main Event.
06:11The last time we saw her in tag team action alongside Candice LeRae.

06:18So again, you know these two know each other very well.
06:21Yeah, they've been teammates.
06:22They've been adversaries.
06:23They've shared the locker room with each other.
