00:09Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize the Puerto Rican Alliance of Northern Virginia for hosting and
00:14organizing their third annual festival. Virginia is home to a vibrant Puerto Rican community,
00:19and the festival celebrates the community's culture and contributions. It brings in vendors,
00:23volunteers, music, and a vibrant community. And the festival made history in 2023 as the first
00:28ever Puerto Rican festival in the DMV region. And each year, the festival draws over 10,000
00:33attendees and continues to showcase the community's culture. The festival made history again in 2024
00:38with over 18,000 guests in attendance. And I want to thank the Puerto Rican Alliance of Northern
00:43Virginia and wish you a great event this year. I yield back. The gentleman yields. For what purpose
